Department: Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Communication
Purpose: Plan and implement social media content that drives brand engagement
Requirements:
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication Science, Media Studies, or Journalism
- Digital Marketing certificate (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Social Media, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Valid driver’s licence (1+ year driving experience)
- Experience in public sector media and communication
Key Duties:
- Implement social media strategy and content planning
- Respond to online queries and manage community engagement
- Analyse data and trends for strategic improvement
- Collaborate with influencers and stakeholders
2. Social Media Officer (Multimedia Content Designer – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract)
Department: Stakeholder Management, Marketing and Communication
Purpose: Design multimedia content for digital and internal communication platforms
