Post Title: Deputy Director: Risk Manager

Salary: R896 436 per annum (12-month contract)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management/Internal Auditing
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of PFMA, auditing, and governance frameworks

Duties:

  • Conduct departmental risk assessments
  • Develop risk management and fraud prevention strategies
  • Align risk processes with departmental objectives
  • Implement business continuity plans

Post Title: Branch Coordinator

Reference Number: 2025/02
Salary: R468 459 per annum (Level 09)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field (NQF 7)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in senior management admin support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license

Duties:

  • Provide admin and operational support to the Deputy Director-General
  • Coordinate branch compliance and reporting
  • Oversee implementation of branch decisions
  • Manage financial and logistical activities

Post Title: Administrative Assistant

Reference Number: 2025/03
Salary: R228 321 per annum

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Experience in office administration; a post-matric qualification is an advantage
  • Good communication, planning, and computer skills

Duties:

  • Maintain filing and document tracking systems
  • Offer secretarial support to the Chief Directorate
  • Manage diaries, meeting logistics, and procurement
  • Handle general office tasks including photocopying and emailing
