Post Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor (TG 11)
Salary Range: R360,429.02 – R607,119.23 per annum
Reporting To: Food & Beverage Manager

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: National Diploma in Hospitality
- Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Hospitality and Events Industry

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan events/functions and attend pre-event meetings with clients
- Schedule staffing and prepare forward-planning documents
- Ensure sufficient beverage stock for events
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for meal delivery
- Supervise F&B Coordinators and Cashiers
- Monitor cleanliness and maintenance of beverage equipment
- Investigate service complaints and provide feedback
- Maintain operational documentation and filing
- Process beverage/equipment orders on ERP system
- Handle cash float issuing, counting, and reconciliation
- Lead monthly stock takes
- Oversee boardrooms, hospitality suites, and internal catering bookings
- Supervise coffee shop operations and staff rosters
- Complete beverage reconciliations
- Calculate time in lieu for Functions Department staff
- Conduct human capital management functions
