Post Title: Deputy Director – ICT Security Specialist

Reference Number: 2025/49/OCJ
Salary: R849,702 – R1,000,908 per annum (Level 11, all-inclusive package)

Requirements:

  • Matric and 3-year National Diploma in Computer Engineering, IT or equivalent (NQF 6)
  • 7 years’ ICT Infrastructure Support experience (5 years in ICT Security Operations)
  • Valid technical certifications: Firewall, MCSA Windows 2012/2016, CISM (advantage)
  • Driver’s license

Skills:

  • Fortinet Firewall, Identity Management, DNS/DHCP/SQL/WSUS, Anti-virus
  • Strong service delivery orientation, innovation, analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication and time management

Duties:

  • Install, configure, and maintain security systems and vulnerability assessments
  • Implement enterprise ICT security policies and identity governance
  • Manage internal/external ICT security teams

Post Title: Assistant Director – Human Resources Practices

Reference Number: 2025/50/OCJ
Salary: R444,036 – R532,602 per annum (Level 09)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and 3-year Diploma/Degree in HRM, Public Admin or equivalent (NQF 6)
  • 6 years’ experience in HR (3 at supervisory level)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • PERSAL experience with Leave and Personnel Administration
  • Strong MS Excel skills

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of HR policies, COIDA, PILIR, PSCBC resolutions, and PERSAL
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, conflict resolution and analytical abilities

Duties:

  • Oversee implementation of conditions of service and benefits
  • Manage PILIR, COIDA, PMDS, recruitment and exit procedures
  • Approve PERSAL transactions and compile audit/action plans
