Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Examiner of Driving License Diploma
- Registered as Examiner of Driving Licenses (Grade A)
- Valid Code A and EC driver’s license
- 3–5 years’ relevant experience (clearly stated in CV)
- Valid SAPS Clearance Certificate or proof of application
- Proficient in 2 of the 3 official languages of the Western Cape (English, Afrikaans, Xhosa)
- Computer literacy
- No criminal record
Key Performance Areas:
- Supervise and control the operations of the DLTC
- Implement and maintain Quality Control Systems in accordance with the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act 93 of 1996)
- Maintain test yard and equipment
- Compile and submit operational reports (weekly, monthly, annual)
- Investigate and address public complaints
- Submit statistics to Provincial Department of Transport and Public Works
