Post Title: Business Process Engineer
Location: Centurion
Reports to: Business Process Specialist
Type: Permanent
Salary: Market Related (Annual Guaranteed Remuneration Package)
Purpose:
To analyse, document, and re-engineer TCTA’s business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication, optimise resource use, and improve compliance across the organisation.
Key Performance Areas (KPAs)
1. Business Processes Analysis and Implementation
- Define and maintain business processes aligned to objectives
- Apply best practices in process analysis, measurement, re-engineering, and change management
- Recommend and implement meaningful improvements, including automation
- Maintain up-to-date process maps
2. Business Process Improvement
- Evaluate existing processes and propose optimisation solutions
- Drive innovation in business process methodologies
- Define and track metrics that reflect process success
3. Project Participation
- Collaborate on IT and transformation projects
- Support stakeholder alignment and change management for implementation success
Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- B Degree/B Tech in Industrial Engineering
- Plus one of the following:
- Process Mapping Certification
- TOGAF Certification
- Business Analysis Certificate
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 years in business process engineering
- Experience in at least one process improvement methodology:
- Six Sigma
- Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Continuous Improvement (Kaizen)
- PDCA
- 5 Whys Analysis
- Business Process Management (BPM)
