- LLB or equivalent legal degree
- Admitted Attorney or Advocate
- Minimum 3 years post-admission experience
Duties:
- Provide legal opinions and risk mitigation support
- Draft, vet, and review contracts and legal documents
- Handle litigation and liaise with external legal providers
- Represent SAWS in CCMA and dispute resolution platforms
- Manage the contracts register and compliance

- Maintain and repair meteorological equipment

- Assist with training and supervision of junior staff
