Purpose:
To supervise and facilitate the design and implementation of impactful learning and development strategies and programmes across RAF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, training needs analysis, training calendars, and learning solutions.
- Ensure legislative compliance and alignment with the National Skills Development Strategy.
- Prepare and submit reports; manage vendor and stakeholder relations.
- Facilitate assessments, moderation, budgeting, and compliance with WSP and training records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
- 5–7 years of experience in training and facilitation (2 years in area of expertise).
Competencies:
- Curriculum development, facilitation, stakeholder relations, project management, service delivery innovation, and training evaluation.

To verify and validate registered claims in accordance with RAF procedures and applicable legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate claims using the RAF Act and case law.
- Examine duplicates, apply prescription rules, and verify death benefit claims.
- Maintain quality assurance and update verification records.
- Document and manage stakeholder communication and generate detailed reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in the claims environment.
Competencies:
- Strong legal knowledge, stakeholder engagement, financial management, client orientation, and excellent decision-making ability.
