Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- B degree in Commerce, Finance, or Science
- 8–10 years relevant industry experience
- 5–10 years in a Senior Management role
- FAIS RE 05 Certificate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or Science
- Professional membership such as CFA, SAICA, or equivalent

- Investment analysis and equity portfolio construction
- Market intelligence evaluation and sector stock recommendations
- Risk and return attribution
- Excel-based financial model development
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Rest of Africa (ex-SA) sector fund to ensure competitive returns
- Conduct macro and microeconomic analysis to support investment decisions
- Develop and defend investment theses and company valuations
- Produce detailed investment reports for governance structures and clients
- Build and maintain customised financial models
- Lead a team of Assistant Portfolio Managers and Analysts
