Requirements:
- Grade 12 and LLB Degree (or equivalent 4-year legal qualification).
- Valid driver’s license.
- MR3: 2 years post-qualification experience.
- MR4: 8 years post-qualification experience.
- MR5: 14 years post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, administration, case flow management, and legal processes.
- Skills: Communication, planning, conflict management, attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
Duties:
- Manage case flow and issuing of court processes (Court-online/Caseline).
- Coordinate urgent applications (after hours).
- Facilitate signing of court orders and taxation of bills of costs.
- Supervise and manage staff.
- Provide quasi-judicial support to the judiciary.
- Maintain safe custody of court records and prepare audit reports.
