1. Divisional Manager: Application Support
Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related.
- 10 years’ operations experience (5 years at senior management).
- Advanced project management and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee policies and systems related to applications and appeals.
- Drive student-centric operations and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
2. Divisional Manager: Ongoing Student Support
Requirements:
- NQF Level 8 in Commercial, Legal, or Business Administration.
- 10 years’ operations experience (5 years at senior management).
- Higher education experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic support for regional operations and student services.
- Manage compliance and verification processes.
- Ensure effective data sharing with institutions.
3. Employee Wellbeing Specialist
Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 in Industrial Psychology, Psychology, or Social Work.
- 6–8 years’ EAP/wellness experience (3 years in a leadership role).
- Certification in wellness/EAP practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement wellness programmes.
- Facilitate trauma debriefings, wellness events, and policy updates.

4. Human Resource Business Partner
Requirements:

- 10 years’ ICT experience (7 in databases).
- SQL Server certification and advanced SQL skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage database performance, backups, and upgrades.
- Ensure system security and SLA compliance.
- Report on metrics and vendor performance.
8. Senior Developer x2
Requirements:
- NQF Level 7 in IT or Computer Science.
- 8 years’ Java development and system design experience.
