Requirements:
- A recognised National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 6 or 7) in Public/Business Administration or Social Science.
- A minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience.
- Knowledge of public service policies and procedures.
- Strong computer literacy (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills in report writing, research, conflict resolution, and organisation.
Duties:
- Provide secretariat support to the Provincial AIDS Council Secretariat.
- Draft reports, presentations, memoranda, and action plans.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate and attend PAC meetings, workshops, conferences, and summits.
- Oversee efficient operations within the Office of the Provincial AIDS Secretariat, including HR and office management.
