Salary: R1 216 824 – R1 433 355 per annum (Level 13)
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, or related field (NQF 7)
  • 5 years of senior/middle management experience
  • Master’s or doctoral degree advantageous
  • Strong academic development and quality assurance expertise
  • Sound understanding of SAQA, CHE, QCTO, and public sector legislation

Duties:

  • Lead academic programme design and review
  • Manage faculty policies, curriculum mapping, and RPL frameworks
  • Ensure quality assurance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration
  • Guide cross-functional academic operations and strategic projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Digital Media, Design, or related field (NQF 7)
  • 5+ years in digital content or instructional design
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle), SCORM, WCAG
  • Proficient in tools like Articulate, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop

  • Design and develop e-learning content and simulations
  • Implement gamification and media-rich digital modules

  • Review and align Executive Development Programme with qualifications
  • Lead curriculum mapping, quality assurance, and accreditation
  • Manage stakeholder collaboration and evaluation processes

  • Support NSG’s Principal in stakeholder engagement and strategic reporting
