Post Title: Strategy and Performance Practitioner x1

Division: Strategy & Organisational Performance
Salary Range: R500 000 – R660 000 per annum
Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Monitoring

  • Assist with development of Strategic, Annual Performance, and Operational Plans.
  • Disseminate plans according to compliance schedules.

Performance Reporting

  • Compile quarterly, bi-annual, and annual performance reports.
  • Support publication and distribution of plans and reports.
  • Contribute to improved performance reporting and planning processes.

Performance Information Management

  • Manage accurate and complete performance data for audits.
  • Update internal and external dashboards (eQPRS and NNR dashboards).

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Maintain planning and evaluation systems.
  • Address audit findings and support audit readiness processes.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Qualification: NQF Level 7 in Business/Public Administration or Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant working environment.
  • Knowledge of:
    • PFMA and Treasury Regulations
    • Framework for Strategic Plans and Performance Information
    • Programme Performance Management frameworks
