- Deliver academic lectures/seminars in Chemical Pathology

Post Title: Pathologist (Senior) – Grade PHI
Disciplines: Virology and Chemical Pathology
Location: Capricorn District / University of Limpopo

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and contribute to the Unit/Laboratory
- Supervise and mentor entry-level pathologists and students
- Conduct consultative and diagnostic services
- Coordinate and assess academic modules (undergraduate and postgraduate)
- Contribute to research and SANAS compliance
- Validate new instruments/tests and review SOPs
Minimum Requirements:
- FCPath or MMed in the applicable discipline
- HPCSA registration for independent practice
- At least 3 years’ experience as a consultant pathologist
- Proven academic and research contributions including peer-reviewed publications, conference presentations, and postgraduate supervision
- Recognised peer engagement such as editorial roles or NRF rating
