- 3–5 years of relevant experience in government institutions

Key Performance Areas:
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution
- Implement control mechanisms to monitor expenditure

- 3 years’ experience in roads maintenance and construction
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Key Performance Areas:
- Conduct feasibility studies on IDP projects
- Monitor contractor compliance and site conditions
- Validate claims and documentation for payment
- Coordinate meetings, site briefings, and defect corrections
- Maintain road and stormwater maintenance records
