Post Title: Client Liaison Officer (C4)

Salary Level: R554,277 – R647,272 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed-term (aligned to SETA licence term)
Requirements:
- Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Engineering Studies, Business, Project Management, HRD, ODETP, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) and/or qualified artisan – advantage
- 4 years’ experience in a client liaison role within a technical or training environment
- 5 years’ experience in direct training and client support – advantage
- Knowledge of the Skills Development Act, SAQA requirements, and grant funding processes
- Valid driver’s license and own registered transport in good condition
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and support companies on mandatory grant processes
- Promote participation in merSETA training partnerships
- Support enterprises to meet merSETA quality assurance standards
- Monitor learning interventions and assist with gap identification
- Facilitate project initiatives and trade testing moderation
- Compile reports and support capacity-building initiatives
- Promote discretionary grant participation and MoA implementation
- Identify sustainable community-based programmes and develop best-practice resources
