Post Title: Personal Assistant and Committee Secretary
Purpose of the Position:
To provide high-level administrative support to the Director: Investigations and the department, while also serving as Secretary to the Investigations and Enforcement Committees.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support to Director:
- Manage diary and schedule
- Facilitate stakeholder communication
- Oversee procurement for the department
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
Support to Investigations Department:
- Track responses from complainants and respondents
- Maintain and update the open investigations database
- Organize both physical and electronic department records
Committee Secretariat Duties:
- Schedule meetings and handle logistical arrangements
- Prepare agenda packs and take accurate minutes
- Maintain official meeting records and documentation
Minimum Requirements:
- A Degree in Business Administration
- At least 5 years’ experience as a personal assistant at the executive level
- Proven committee secretary experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
