Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Monitoring & Evaluation (NQF 9), or

- BCom Internal Audit / Accounting with BCom Honours
- 3 years research experience (2 years in monitoring and reporting), or
- Minimum 5 years internal audit experience (3 years at junior management level)
- Industry experience in performance information audits and advisory environments
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic evaluations and impact assessments
- Measure outcome and impact indicators of the HWSETA Strategic Plan
- Independently manage monitoring, evaluation and impact assessment processes

- Conduct labour market and sector skills research
- Contribute to the Sector Skills Plan (SSP)
- Perform big data analysis using Excel and statistical software
- Prepare research reports and present findings to stakeholders

- Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding and contracts
- Coordinate training, WSP submissions and employee development
- Provide employee relations support, performance management and wellness initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation and POPIA
