Salary: R325 101 – R382 959 per annum (Level 07), plus 37% in lieu of benefits
Requirements:
- National Diploma/Advanced Certificate (NQF Level 6) in:
- Administration
- Office Management
- Project Management
- Business Administration
- Or any related field
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative and/or secretarial experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Minute-taking and English business writing experience
- Project management skills and public sector experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking for Directors
- Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Maintain diary schedules and arrange logistics such as travel and accommodation
- Provide administrative support to internal staff, clients, and technical teams
- Handle telephonic communication, including tracking and directory management
- Oversee office administration, equipment maintenance, and inventory
- Process travel claims, reconcile expenses, and prepare travel packs
