Post Title: Assistant Director: Labour Relations

Salary: R468 459 per annum (Level 09), all-inclusive
Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- National Diploma/Degree in HR Management or Labour Relations
- 3–5 years’ experience in the relevant field, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Valid Driver’s License
- Sound knowledge of Labour Relations Act, Public Service Acts, Skills Development Act, BCEA, etc.
- Strong problem-solving, research, analytical, leadership, and communication skills
Duties include:
- Implement labour relations legislation and collective agreements
- Investigate disciplinary and grievance cases
- Advise management on labour-related decisions
- Handle Code of Conduct compliance
- Administer industrial actions and promote a harmonious working environment

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- National Diploma/Degree in Risk Management/Internal Audit
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Computer literacy and valid Driver’s License
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation and risk management principles
Duties include:
- Develop and implement risk, fraud, ethics, and integrity management policies
- Facilitate risk assessments and maintain risk registers
- Promote ethics and integrity through workshops
- Investigate allegations of corruption
- Manage disclosures and outside remunerative work applications

Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement (NQF 7)
- 3–5 years’ experience in SCM and 2–3 years’ supervisory experience
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, SCM cycle, and public procurement laws
- Valid Driver’s License
Duties include:
- Oversee procurement processes, tender administration, and supplier evaluations
- Ensure compliance with procurement legislation
- Maintain college supplier database
- Manage staff training, reporting, and resources
- Participate in year-end financial preparations
