Post Title: Specialist Analyst – Investment Providers Department

Purpose:

To ensure that authorised Financial Services Providers (FSPs) and Compliance Officers comply with the FAIS Act and related legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse financial statements and statutory returns of FSPs
  • Identify financial risks and non-compliance
  • Perform on-site inspections using risk-based supervision
  • Report on industry trends and support regulatory interventions
  • Provide expert analysis and assist in ad-hoc regulatory projects

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law or a related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in the financial services or compliance sector
  • Strong knowledge of FAIS Act, FSR Act, and other financial sector laws
