Requirements:
- Degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, Public Administration or equivalent
- 5 years’ experience at senior managerial level
- Strong knowledge of PFMA, MFMA, Public Service Act and Regulations
- Leadership, HR, financial management, OD, legal and communication expertise
Duties:
- Lead and manage HRM, employee wellness, OD, security, legal services, and transformation
- Ensure compliance with all legislation and implement diversity and ethics programmes
- Oversee internal and external communications and ensure efficient corporate operations

Requirements:
- Degree (NQF 7) in Accounting or Auditing with Auditing as a major
- 6–10 years’ auditing experience, 5 years at senior/middle management level
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, auditing standards
Duties:
- Manage internal audit resources and oversee risk-based auditing
- Support the Audit Committee and ensure internal controls are adequate
- Drive compliance and strategic audit support to the department
Post Title: Deputy Director: Risk Management

Salary: R896 436 per annum (Level 11), all-inclusive package
Requirements:
- Degree (NQF 7) in Accounting, Auditing, or Risk Management
- 5 years’ experience, with 3 years at junior management/Assistant Director level
- Knowledge of PFMA, risk frameworks, and governance standards
Duties:
- Develop and implement departmental risk management policies and strategies
- Maintain and improve the departmental risk management framework
- Lead the institutionalisation and operationalisation of risk processes
