Post Title: ICT: Admin Temp
Contract: Temporary (Fixed Term)
Remuneration: Market Related
Department: Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
Reports to: Manager: ICT
Key Duties:
- Manage schedules and meetings for the IT team, including taking minutes
- Maintain IT systems documentation, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate IT project tasks and progress tracking
- Liaise with service providers, vendors, and internal departments
- Provide daily ICT support on standard procedures
- Ensure accurate records management of ICT systems and documentation
- Perform ad hoc administrative duties for the business unit
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or MIS
- At least 2 years’ experience in an ICT administrative or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of:
- Agile Project Management methodologies
- Software development, business analysis, or data analytics
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail
- Teamwork, organisation, and reliability are essential
