Requirements
- Three-year National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration/Public Management or equivalent.
- 3 years’ administration experience.
- Knowledge of: HR Management, Supply Chain Management, Risk Management, PFMA, Departmental Financial Instructions, BAS, Justice Yellow Pages, and financial management of Vote and Trust Accounts.
- Skills & Competencies: People management, computer literacy (Microsoft packages), written & verbal communication, organising, problem-solving, leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
Duties (Key Performance Areas)
- Coordinate and manage financial and human resources of the office.
- Coordinate and manage risk and security in the court.
- Manage strategic and business planning processes.
- Manage Criminal and Civil Court Administration and related Family Court and Supply Chain sections.
- Manage Third-Party Funds and Vote Accounts.
- Coordinate, manage and administer support services to Case Flow Management and other court users.
