Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF 7) in Labour Law, Labour Relations, HR, Public Management, etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience at senior management level
  • Advanced knowledge of labour legislation, collective bargaining, employee wellness frameworks
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Completion of SMS Pre-entry Certificate (NSG)

Duties:

  • Manage labour relations, misconduct, collective bargaining, and wellness frameworks
  • Represent the department in national bargaining forums and legal proceedings
  • Drive digital transformation and governance compliance
  • Lead strategic frameworks for Employee Health, Transformation, and Diversity

Post Title: Office Manager

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Office/Admin/Business/Public Management
  • 3 years’ experience at Assistant Director or junior management level
  • Knowledge of executive support, document management, and strategic coordination
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to work extended hours

Duties:

  • Manage the Office of the Deputy Director-General: HRM&D
  • Oversee diary, stakeholder engagements, and planning documentation
  • Coordinate reporting and submissions for strategic initiatives
  • Drive digital transformation and administrative excellence

Post Title: Assistant Office Manager

Salary: R468 459 – R551 823 per annum (Level 09)
Requirements:

  • Undergraduate qualification (NQF 6) in Administration, Business or Office Management
  • 3 years’ experience at Senior Admin Officer level
  • Skills in document handling, project support, and stakeholder interaction
  • Strong planning, communication, and IT skills

Duties:

  • Provide operational and secretarial support to the DDG: Immigration Services
  • Manage procurement, travel, and document workflows
  • Track reports, coordinate submissions, and prepare presentations
  • Oversee office functions including cleaning and messenger services
