Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and NQF 7 in Nursing; SANC registration with current practicing licence (mandatory).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Nursing Administration/Health Services Management (advantage).
  • 5+ years clinical experience at Nurse Manager/Middle/Senior Management level.
  • Strong knowledge of Constitution, Public Service & labour frameworks, PFMA, National Health Act, nursing/midwifery legislation.

Duties:

  • Develop and review national nursing & midwifery practice policies/SOPs and leadership frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 and NQF 7 in Financial Accounting/Auditing; 3+ years at Assistant Director level.

  • Strong communication, analysis, auditing and financial management skills.

Duties:

  • Produce complete/accurate quarterly, interim and annual financial statements; coordinate RFIs; liaise with AGSA.

Post: PNB1 Professional Nurse Grade 1 – Specialty Nursing (Directorate: MBOD)

Requirements:

  • Grade 12; R425 Degree/Diploma allowing SANC registration as Professional Nurse; proof of registration.
  • Post-basic 1-year specialty (SANC-accredited).
  • 4+ years post-registration experience; occupational health/mining sector exposure (advantage).
  • Knowledge of quality assurance, infection control, National Core Standards, LRA, Public Service Regulations; driver’s licence.

Duties:

  • Conduct benefit medical examinations (BME), urinalysis, vitals; perform ECGs as requested.
  • Provide emergency care, screening, counselling and health education.

  • Grade 12; National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Diagnostic Radiography; HPCSA registration.

Duties:

  • Ensure quality radiography for workers/ex-mine workers undergoing BME; compile monthly statistics.
  • Support admin unit with BME processing, verification and data capture.
  • Perform unit quality control tests (daily/monthly/quarterly/annual); inspect equipment for compliance.

Duties:

  • Conduct vetting fieldwork investigations and quality checks; compile reports to management and NIA.
  • Vet for confidential/secret/top secret; contribute to vetting policies/standards.
  • Liaise with SSA, SAPS, Home Affairs and external stakeholders (e.g., credit providers); provide legislative advice.
