Purpose:
To oversee and coordinate the IT Strategy, Governance, Risk and Compliance programme aligned with IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure compliance with IT Governance Policy Framework.
 - Manage IT risk, audits, assets, and compliance processes.
 - Develop and maintain IT-related policies and procedures.
 - Oversee project management for IT processes and controls.
 - Conduct IT strategy facilitation, information management, and contract management.
 - Stay informed on emerging technology trends.
 - Coordinate user awareness and training initiatives.
 
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in IT, Auditing, or related field.
 - Experience: 5–7 years in IT governance/auditing, risk management, and compliance.
 - Certification: Relevant IT governance industry certification.
 
Post Title: Revenue Officer

Purpose:
To ensure proper administration of Section 56 Notices and adherence to revenue collection legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture notices and law enforcement documents.
 - Administer debtor records and reconcile deposits.
 - Conduct investigations related to law enforcement.
 - Manage admission of guilt fines and control cancelled notices.
 - Deliver quality client service and assist with banking reference processes.
 
Requirements:
- Qualification: National Diploma or NQF level 6 in a finance-related field.
 - Experience: At least 3 years in finance-related work.
 - Knowledge: Criminal Procedures Act, National Land Transport Act, Tourism Act.
