Salary: R468,459 – R551,823 per annum (Level 09)
Centre: Pretoria
Requirements:
- Recognized 3–4-year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Software Development
- Multimedia Development
- Or related field (NQF Level 6 equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in system development
- Proficiency in: SQL, HTML, PHP, VB, C#, .Net
- Knowledge of Public Service Policy, regulatory frameworks, and IT best practices
Key Performance Areas:
- Develop desktop and web-based systems
- Manage system acquisitions (in-house and outsourced)
- Conduct user training and prepare system documentation
- Advise on development strategies and initiatives
- Perform system admin functions: updates, security, etc.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate functional testing
- Collect and analyze business processes for functional design
- Develop process diagrams and system flowcharts
