Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- 1–2 years’ relevant administrative experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer literacy (MS Office applications)
Primary Function
The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing information received from:
- The Cluster
- The Mayoral Committee
- Section 79 Committees
- Programming Committee
- Council
This information must be accurately captured on various systems used within the City of Johannesburg.
Key Performance Areas
The Data Capturer will:
- Capture information on multiple municipal systems
- Record MMC Regional Tour issues
- Follow up on issues requiring LOEB attention
- Comply with minimum capturing requirements set by management
