Post Title: Finance Officer: Debtors and Income (Level 5)

Key Responsibilities
CRS Income Management
- Ensure timely capture of CRS income
- Manage CRS bank account and resolve unallocated transactions
- Prepare CRS journals and reconciliations monthly
Law and Admin Income Management
- Capture Law Admin income accurately and timeously
- Manage associated bank accounts and clear deposits
- Prepare monthly Law Admin reconciliations
Non-CRS Income
- Issue receipts for public licenses at the Cape Town office
- Deposit cash received (if applicable)
- Assist with ad hoc finance tasks and reports
Monthly Reporting
- Submit CRS reconciliations for management pack
- Provide comments on unclear CRS transactions
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Accounting (NQF Level 6 or higher)
- 1–3 years of experience in a general finance or similar role
- Experience with SAGE Intacct or similar system
- Practical knowledge of GRAP, PFMA, and Treasury Regulations
- Computer literacy: MS Word and Excel
- No criminal record
