Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (NQF 7)
- Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, of which at least 3 years must be at management level
- Experience in a public sector or state-owned entity will be advantageous
- A valid driver’s license
Competencies:
- Excellent knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
- Strategic planning and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Ability to manage HR systems and HR performance metrics
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with ADA’s vision
- Lead recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and procedures
- Drive wellness and transformation programmes
- Manage HR reporting, budgeting, and audits
