Post Title: Manager: Human Resource

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent (NQF 7)
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR or related field will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Human Resources Management, of which at least 3 years must be at management level
  • Experience in a public sector or state-owned entity will be advantageous
  • A valid driver’s license

Competencies:

  • Excellent knowledge of HR legislation and best practices
  • Strategic planning and implementation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to manage HR systems and HR performance metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with ADA’s vision
  • Lead recruitment, training, performance management and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, policies, and procedures
  • Drive wellness and transformation programmes
  • Manage HR reporting, budgeting, and audits
