Requirements
- Appropriate Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanic
- Valid driver’s licence (C1)
- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
- Computer literacy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of earthmoving and construction equipment, including graders, TLBs, and trucks
Duties
- Repair and service fleet, graders, TLBs, and trucks in workshop and on-site
- Perform inspections on fleet and report or repair defects
- Advise operators on proper lubrication of machinery
- Render group operations services
- Confirm roadworthiness of fleet
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations during repairs
- Perform administrative and related duties as required
