Database Developer

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ experience developing database solutions on Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and above
- Minimum 3 years’ experience writing Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
- Proficiency in XML, XSD, and JSON
- Minimum 3 years’ experience developing on the Power BI platform
- Microsoft MCSA SQL 2016 certification (BI Development / BI Reporting / Database Development)
- Solid understanding of Windows Server 2012 and above
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and test database solutions aligned to FIC business requirements
- Design and maintain database views, stored procedures, functions, and ETL processes
- Develop dashboards and reports
- Perform data quality checks, profiling, and metadata management
- Maintain system documentation and provide production support
- Analyse and resolve data-related production issues
- Ensure adherence to database development standards and best practices
Project Manager (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Informatics, or ICT-related field
- Postgraduate qualification in Project Management (advantageous)
- PMP certification (advantageous)
- Minimum 6 years’ project management experience
- At least 4 years’ experience in ICT-based business solutions
- Strong experience in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- Business analysis experience (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage organisational projects from initiation to close-out
- Develop business cases, project charters, and detailed project plans
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, quality, risks, and stakeholders
- Coordinate project teams and steering committee activities
- Ensure compliance with FIC project management, change management, and SDLC methodologies
- Monitor project performance and benefits realisation
- Manage service providers and ensure contractual compliance
