Salary
- R228,321 – R268,950 per annum (exclusive of benefits)
Minimum Requirements
- NQF Level 6 qualification recognised by SAQA in one of the following fields:
Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Social Sciences or Social Security - Computer literacy is essential
Duties
- Provide grant customer services
- Screen and capture grant applications, including beneficiary maintenance
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off-site grant application services
- Scanning and batching of grant files
Preference Will Be Given To
- Germiston (Tembisa), Ekurhuleni District: Person with Disability (PWD)
- Diepkloof – Soweto (Orlando), Johannesburg District: African Male/PWD, followed by White Female and Indian Male
Important Notes
- Appointment is subject to compulsory pre-employment screening (qualifications, references, ITC and criminal checks)
- All successful candidates will undergo compulsory security vetting
- Candidates with foreign qualifications must have them evaluated by SAQA
- SASSA reserves the right not to fill the post
