- Ensure internal requisitions are captured timeously.
- Ensure purchase orders are authorised according to SCM delegations.
- Safekeep all purchase orders.
- Ensure the integrity of LOGIS
- Analyse LOGIS reports.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Oversee payments for goods, services and assets
- Manage processing and safekeeping of payment documents.
- Ensure invoices are captured on LOGIS on time.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
- Reconcile supplier statements.
- Manage stores and warehousing
- Oversee deliveries, spot checks and stocking.
- Evaluate stock levels monthly.
- Financial reporting
- Compile monthly payment reports.
- Prepare commitment, accrual and payables reports for Monthly, Interim and Annual Financial Statements.
- Manage weekly invoice reports.
