Temporary EPWP Data Capturers (x2 Posts)
Department: Infrastructure Services
Section: PMU & Capital Projects
Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract
Stipend: R8 500 per month

Requirements
- Grade 12 (proof must be attached)
- 0–2 years’ relevant experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good administrative and time management skills
- Fluency in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape
- Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Key Performance Areas
- Handle all administrative tasks related to reporting of projects
- Attend meetings and manage correspondence between the Municipality and the Department
- Gather project information from various departments
- Register new projects and compile project reports
- Assist with annual business plan submission
- Liaise with the Department of Public Works and Project Champions
- Participate in workshops, meetings and information sessions
- Liaise with service providers and contractors
- Receive progress updates and support EPWP Administrator in coordinating EPWP implementation
