Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, Statistics, Economics, or Demography.
- Certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation and/or Project Management.
- Proficiency in at least two official/main provincial languages.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, or related roles in development/non-profit sector.
- Valid driver’s licence with at least 1 year driving experience (extensive travel required).
- Knowledge of data collection tools/software (Excel, SPSS, STATA, Kobo Toolbox, Power BI) is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field data collection and maintain project databases.
- Support implementation of monitoring frameworks and analyse progress reports.
- Conduct field visits to verify reported data.
- Assist in evaluating project outcomes and compiling monitoring reports.
- Build grantee capacity in accurate reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with Head Office and Provincial M&E teams.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and critical thinking ability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Post 2: Marketing Specialist (Stakeholder Management, Marketing & Communication)

Minimum Requirements
- Postgraduate degree (NQF 8) in Communication Science, Marketing, or Public Relations.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ functional experience in Marketing and Brand Management within the public sector.
- Valid driver’s licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience (extensive travel required).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies aligned with NLC objectives.
- Manage campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
- Oversee media planning, buying, and corporate identity compliance.
- Sign-off marketing artwork and ensure brand manual compliance.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare divisional governance reports.
- Develop NLC’s digital marketing strategy and update content across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align communication strategies.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong marketing, digital marketing, and project management expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Knowledge of brand management and campaign monitoring.
