Requirements

  • Trade Test Certificate as a Painter.
  • Grade A: No experience required.
  • Grade B: 18 years’ appropriate experience after Trade Test.

Key Duties

Duties

  • Provide full administrative support to the Pharmacy Manager.

  • Support Pharmacy Manager and PHC Pharmacy Supervisors with coordination.

3. Administration Clerk: Support Services (Linen Management)

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate (Matric).
  • Experience in office administration and counting/auditing.
  • Industrial laundry and linen management experience is essential.

Duties

  • Conduct linen audits at hospitals and health facilities across the province.

Duties

  • Act as liaison between the hospital and workshops/contractors for building and grounds maintenance.

  • Monitor buildings and grounds for health and safety risks.
  • Assist with support services such as key control, equipment servicing and basic IT admin.

Duties

  • Perform Clinicom reception functions – patient registrations, attendances and disposals according to policy.
  • Book appointments and patient transport via HealthNet.
  • Deal with patient queries (verbal and written).
  • Handle and safeguard state money in line with hospital fees procedures.
  • Perform any reception-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

8. Administration Clerk: SCM (Clinical Procurement Specialist)

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate with Mathematics and/or Accounting
    OR Senior Certificate with strong relevant SCM experience.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management and clinical procurement, including EPS.
  • Experience/knowledge of EPS, Syspro/LOGIS, PFMA, AOS and Treasury instructions.
  • Physically able to carry heavy boxes.

Duties

  • Assist end users with product complaints and maintain a complaints register.
  • Capture and type equipment lists, assist with specification templates.
  • Assist with evaluation of EPS and tender samples, and keep proper records.

Duties

  • Provide roadside-to-bedside emergency care within required timeframes.
  • Use communication tools according to protocols and safety standards.
  • Complete manual and electronic patient care reports and trip log sheets.
  • Maintain emergency vehicles and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, other services and the public.
