Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
- 8–10 years’ experience in Higher Education, with 5 years in Senior Management.
- In-depth knowledge of Student Support Services.
- Demonstrated leadership in student wellness and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee divisions such as Student Accommodation, Counselling, Life and Governance, Sport, HIV/AIDS Unit, and Campus Clinics.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership aligned with VUT’s 2033+ Strategy.
- Ensure inclusive governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource optimization.

- Deep understanding of IP law, licensing, and commercialisation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement TTI strategy in line with institutional priorities.
- Foster innovation and drive commercialisation of research outputs.
- Lead partnerships with industry, academia, and investors.
- Manage TTI budgets, human capital, and strategic initiatives.
