Post Title: Finance Officer

Remuneration: R691,924.92 per annum (Total Cost of Employment)
Type: Permanent Position

Requirements:

  • BCom degree with a professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong public sector financial and supply chain knowledge
  • Sound understanding of PFMA, GRAP, and corporate governance
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory financial reports
  • Oversee all supply chain management (SCM) processes and ensure policy compliance
  • Coordinate annual audit files and action audit recommendations
  • Supervise finance team operations and implement financial systems and controls
  • Manage assets, resources, and ensure liquidity for business continuity

Post Title: Complaints Officer

Remuneration: R459,872.40 per annum (Total Cost of Employment)
Type: Permanent Position

Requirements:

  • LLB degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in complaints administration
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead investigations into complaints against sheriffs in terms of relevant legislation
  • Supervise and coach the complaints team
  • Maintain electronic databases and submit statistical reports
  • Conduct mediations and respond to public complaints
  • Draft reports, FAQs, newsletters, and training content
  • Ensure all complaint investigations are completed within 90 days
