- Manage grant administration and service delivery at service points
- Provide advice on social assistance legislation and policies
- Coordinate operational plans and manage office resources

- 0–1 year relevant working experience

- Maintain vehicle logbooks and asset registers
- Manage HR documentation and filing systems
- Represent the office in meetings and assist with event coordination
- Handle procurement processes, quotations, and payments
- Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)

- Screen and capture applications and maintain beneficiary records
- Manage medical bookings and assessments
- Conduct off-site grant services and maintain scanning and batching records
