Sub Division: Technology and Solutions Delivery

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in IT, Computer Science, BCom or Engineering, plus 7 years SAP experience (5 years as Technical Specialist)
    OR
  • Diploma (NQF 6) plus 8 years SAP experience
    OR
  • Matric (NQF 4) plus 10 years relevant SAP experience

Technical Skills Required:

  • SAP ABAP, BRF+, Workflow, PI/PO, ODATA
  • S4/HANA implementation and Fiori Applications
  • Strong problem solving, SAP integration, and client interfacing experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement SAP development and continuous improvements
  • Configure, analyse and test SAP modules
  • Provide expert advice on SAP product customisation
  • Manage system enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution

Functional Requirements:

  • ITIL Certification required
  • Microsoft Intune and SCCM experience essential
  • Knowledge in asset management, procurement, and user support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workstation support services (desktops, laptops, printers)
  • Supervise IMACD team and manage IT storeroom
  • Manage procurement of end-user infrastructure and vendor services
  • Ensure service excellence and compliance with governance policies
