Post Title: Criminal Investigator Level 2

Requirements:
- Option 1: National Diploma / Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) in Accounting, Tax, or Law with 3–4 years’ experience in investigations/auditing/forensics (1–2 years at knowledge worker level).
- Option 2: Senior Certificate (NQF 4) with 6 years’ relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct independent criminal investigations into tax and customs non-compliance.
- Interview witnesses and suspects.
- Collect, preserve, and analyse evidence.
- Prepare forensic and investigative reports.
- Support prosecution processes and liaise with SAPS, NPA, and other law enforcement bodies.
Key Competencies:
- Strong analytical and investigative skills.

Requirements:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with 5–7 years’ experience.
- Option 2: Senior Certificate (NQF 4) with 10 years’ relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and manage data systems and pipelines.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modelling.
- Build dashboards and reports using Python, SQL, Power BI, C#, and GIS tools.
- Identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Maintain and improve existing analytics systems.
Key Competencies:
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, R, Power BI, SSIS, and GIS tools.
