Purpose of the Job
Ensure that each RAF claim submitted is valid and legitimate through accurate verification and validation processes, enabling timely and equitable assistance to qualifying claimants.

- Record keeping and accurate documentation
- Stakeholder relations and responsive service
- Interrogation/clarification of claim information
- General office administration
Minimum Requirements
- Qualification: NQF 4 (Matric/Grade 12)
- Experience: At least 1 year working experience in an office environment
