Requirements:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- National Diploma in Professional Cookery or related (NQF Level 6)
- At least 5 years’ experience in professional cookery
- 3 years’ experience as Head Chef or similar role
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu planning and costing
- Ordering and stock control
- Implementing health and safety standards
- Supervising staff and maintaining kitchen equipment
Competencies:
- Culinary knowledge, food safety, team supervision
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- High computer literacy (Microsoft Suite)
- Ability to work long and flexible hours

Requirements:

- National Diploma in Supply Chain/Procurement or related (NQF Level 6)
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience (2 years in a supervisory role)
- Hospitality industry experience is advantageous
