1. Director: Early Resolution (Ref: D/ER/11/2025)
Centre: OPSC House, Pretoria
Salary: R1 266 714 per annum (all-inclusive remuneration package)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Law, Auditing, Investigations, Public Administration or equivalent
- Postgraduate/Honours (NQF 8) an advantage
- 5 years’ experience at middle/senior management level
- Experience in investigations, anti-corruption, fraud, ethics or law enforcement
- Knowledge of Public Service legislation, National Anti-Corruption Strategy, CVPs (Section 195), and ethics
- Nyukela Pre-entry Certificate (NSG) required before appointment
- Strategic leadership, research, analytical, project management and communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence (except for persons with disabilities)
Duties
- Manage and lead rapid response interventions to service delivery blockages
- Conduct investigations and compile reports
- Monitor implementation of PSC recommendations
- Provide strategic support to the office and the Commission
2. Deputy Director: Research (Ref: DD/R/LIM/11/2025)
Centre: Limpopo Provincial Office, Polokwane
Salary: R896 436 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Social Sciences, M&E, Public Administration, Development Management
- 3–4 years at Assistant Director level or equivalent
- Experience in research, M&E, data management, HR practices or project planning
- Knowledge of research methods, data analysis, CVPs, and public administration
- Strong analytical, reporting, people management, communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
Duties
- Conduct service delivery inspections and research
- Collect, analyse and report on data
- Conduct citizen forums, stakeholder engagements and awareness
- Promote Constitutional Values and Principles (CVPs)
- Conduct M&E on departmental performance
- Support research on HR and administrative practices
- Draft reports and evaluate provincial public service performance
3. Deputy Director: National Anti-Corruption Hotline (Ref: DD/NACH/11/2025)
Centre: OPSC House, Pretoria
Salary: R896 436 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Law, Public Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent
- 3–4 years’ experience in anti-corruption, investigations or similar fields
- Strong knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, public service regulatory framework, and National Anti-Corruption Strategy
- Excellent communication, research, project management and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information
- Valid driver’s licence (with exception for persons with disabilities)
Duties
- Manage the National Anti-Corruption Hotline (NACH)
- Refer and assess departmental feedback, including conducting surprise visits
- Compile research reports and assist with policy formulation
- Investigate allegations of corruption and fraud reported to NACH
- Market and promote usage of the NACH system
4. Deputy Director: Management of Conflict of Interest (Ref: DD/MCI/11/2025)
Centre: OPSC House, Pretoria
Salary: R896 436 per annum (all-inclusive package)
Requirements
- Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Public Administration, Law (LLB), Ethics or Anti-Corruption
- 3–4 years’ experience in conflict of interest management, ethics, financial disclosure framework or investigations
- Knowledge of Public Service Ethics environment, anti-corruption laws, conflict of interest regulations and CVPs
- Excellent reporting, research, presentation and project management skills
- Valid driver’s licence
Duties
- Administer and monitor compliance with the Financial Disclosure Framework
- Promote conflict of interest management and good governance
- Evaluate compliance and support ethics oversight
- Manage the sub-directorate and contribute to organisational governance
5. Receptionist (Ref: REC/NO/11/2025)
Centre: OPSC House, Pretoria
Salary: R193 359 per annum (Level 4)
Requirements
- National Senior Certificate (NQF 4/5)
- No experience required
- Good communication, planning, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate a switchboard
Duties
- Provide front desk customer service
- Offer clients accurate information and assistance
- Ensure efficient switchboard operations
- Manage monthly telephone accounts
- Manage telephone servers, managers and extensions
