Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- National Diploma in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Relations, or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
- PERSAL Introduction Certificate will be an advantage.
Duties:
- Provide efficient administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Judicial Remuneration and Conditions of Service (JRCS) unit.
- Oversee administrative processes, correspondence, and record management.
- Approve transactions on PERSAL and supervise administrative staff.
- Manage performance, conduct, and training of employees.
- Implement systems and processes to ensure compliance with the Judge Remuneration and Conditions of Service Act (Act 47 of 2001).
