Vacancy 1: Personal Assistant – GE Human Capital

Location: Pretoria
Level: Hay Level 14
Contract Type: Permanent

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma or NQF 6 qualification in Secretarial or Administration
  • 8 years’ experience supporting senior/executive managers
  • Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Proven experience in procurement, travel coordination, and office management
  • Project management skills will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive diary, meetings, minutes, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate travel (local and international), claims, and itineraries
  • Draft high-level documentation and manage confidential correspondence
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders (including Board & EXCO)
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with event planning, budgeting, procurement, and project tracking

Vacancy 2: Key Accounts Manager – Pelchem

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or HND in Sales & Marketing, Commercial, Chemistry, or Engineering
  • At least 10 years’ total experience, including 5 years in chemical sales and marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen in product portfolio and customer relations management
  • Experience managing revenue, budgets, and strategic growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and marketing of Pelchem’s product portfolio
  • Identify and grow new markets and customers (domestic and international)
  • Manage contracts, pricing, negotiations, and customer service performance
  • Lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide mentorship and performance management for staff
  • Collaborate on production, quality, and safety matters
  • Compile revenue and management reports
