Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be 19 years or older
- Proof of highest qualification
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the trade applied for
- Service letter on a company letterhead with:
- Company registration number
- Employment start and end/current dates
- Verifiable contact details
- Breakdown of tasks performed
- Self-employed applicants must submit an affidavit detailing tasks performed
- Proof of residential address

Programme Notes
- Admission into the ARPL Programme does not guarantee employment at NECSA

- The programme will be implemented through accredited skills development providers in partnership with the NECSA Learning Academy
